These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the NAVINSURE websites and insurance-related services.
By using navinsure.us or quote.navinsure.us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Insurance Applications and Quotes
NAVINSURE uses information submitted by customers to process insurance applications and obtain insurance quotes and policies from partner carriers and insurers.
Submitting an application or requesting a quote does not by itself guarantee that insurance coverage will be offered, approved, or issued.
2. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when submitting an insurance application or communicating with NAVINSURE.
Information submitted through our websites may be used to process applications, obtain quotes, arrange policies, and communicate with customers regarding their own insurance matters.
3. Phone and SMS Communications
NAVINSURE may communicate with customers by phone call or text message regarding their own insurance applications and policies.
Customers may directly and voluntarily opt in to SMS communications through the NAVINSURE quote application flow.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of obtaining an insurance quote, purchasing insurance, or receiving services from NAVINSURE.
After opting in, customers may receive functional text messages relating to their own insurance matters, including:
- Requests for information needed for an application or quote
- Requests for additional documents
- Updates regarding the status of an application
- Notifications regarding completion of an application
- Updates regarding the customer's own policy
- Meeting confirmations or rescheduling requests
- Links relating to the customer's own application or dashboard, where applicable
NAVINSURE does not use these communications for promotional offers or unrelated marketing.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Customers may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.
4. SMS Consent
SMS consent must be actively provided by the customer through the NAVINSURE quote application flow.
The SMS consent checkbox is not selected by default and is separate from acceptance of these Terms.
Providing SMS consent does not constitute consent to promotional or marketing messages.
5. Sharing Information
NAVINSURE may provide customer information to partner insurance carriers and insurers when necessary to obtain quotes, arrange insurance policies, or service an insurance application or policy.
NAVINSURE does not sell customer information to third parties as a business or service.
6. Privacy
The collection and handling of customer information is described in our Privacy Policy.
